  • Another Excellent Service
    This is the second time we have used Simple Approach to sell our home. The first time the house was sold above asking within 36hours of coming online. This time the property was slightly different and its fair to say would have been a love/ hate property due to the massive garden and trees. Alison dealt with the initial sale, she knows the area inside out! The value was what I had been hoping for and reflected in the home report. The whole team have drive and enthusiasm and are happy to answer any questions any time. The team did all the viewings and we didnt have to do anything. The offer came in and they negotiated and we got a good price. The house took around 2 weeks from market to offer which we were very pleased with. The fees are transparent and competitive, there are no hidden extras and they can also recommend other businesses, solicitors and removals if needed. Alison also provided temporary accommodation for 3 weeks at a very reasonable rate and for that we cant thank her enough. Would highly recommend and use in the future.
